Frequently Asked Questions

  • How does the booking process work?
To begin the portrait-making process, kindly select the desired size of your portrait and email me the details along with a selection of your pet's photos. Following this, I will promptly respond and assist you in the next steps of the process.
  • What pictures and how do I send?
While good quality photos are preferable in the portrait-making process, I can work with any images you provide, including low-quality or blurry ones. I will guide you in selecting the most suitable photo for your portrait. To ensure optimal results, I recommend using  the Contact Page to upload your photo(s) or click here.
  • What size do I choose?
The 10x12 inch or 20x30 cm portrait size is a popular choice as it provides ample space for detail for one subject. However, larger sizes are also available and may allow for even greater detail or more subjects in the portrait.
  • Will my portrait fade over time?
Rest assured, the portraits will not fade over time as I use only the highest quality materials in my work. As each portrait is meticulously crafted with attention to detail, the process typically takes between 1-2 weeks from commencement. However, to keep you updated on the progress of your portrait, I am happy to provide you with pictures of the work in progress.
